Diets are scary, huh? Let me assure you that a healthy diet can be fun and flavorful. I know what you are thinking, It’s expensive. I’m here to tell you that…you can do it!

No, I’m not a doctor or a nutritionist. These are all just ideas that I have tried and loved. They align with my personal workout routine and hectic lifestyle.

Today, I will be sharing with you one of my favorite little secrets.

Guilt-free protein balls!

These protein balls will satisfy your sweet tooth and fill you up! This is a totally customizable to what you like. I personally love ones that are filled with dried fruit, nuts and seeds.The protein powder will refuel you after a workout and fill you up! You can even replace the peanut butter with any other nut butter. (I love sunflower seed butter.) These are great on-the-go snacks and are quick and easy to prepare! What more could you ask for?

Peanut Butter of Other Nut Butter (1/2 cup-1 cup)

Honey (Or Agave Nectar) (1/4 cup-1/2 cup)

Vanilla Extract (1 tsb)

Old Fashioned Oats (1-2 cups)

Vanilla Protein Powder (1-2 scoops)

You can now modify how much of each ingredient you add, depending on how many you would like to make. The lesser makes about 12 medium sized balls.
Here’s where it gets fun!

You can add whatever you want here! Fruits, nuts, seeds, etc. Whatever your fit heart desires!


70% Cacao chocolate chips

Chia Seeds

Flax Seeds

Shredded Coconut

I love to grab one or two of these after a workout or run, for a quick breakfast, or when I’m craving an afternoon pick-me up!
